Our Newest Ambassador Needs a Name!
Meet Audubon's newest educational ambassador: a gray morph Eastern Screech-Owl.
In the spring of 2021, this owl was found roadside in Rhode Island with a wrist injury to her right wing. She was rehabbed by the Wildlife Clinic of Rhode Island. Although she is feisty, she is only partially flighted and therefore will never be able to return to the wild. The Audubon Society of Rhode Island has taken her in to provide her with a forever home, where she will receive life-long, quality care. Once she is ready, she will also join Audubon educators on visits to schools, community centers, assisted living homes and libraries - but first, she needs a name!
We would like your help to pick the winning name from the three listed below! Complete and submit the form below to cast your vote.
