Centrally located in scenic Bristol, Rhode Island, just 30 minutes from Providence, Newport, and Fall River, the nationally award-wining Audubon Nature Center and Aquarium is one of Rhode Island 's most unique meeting venues.
The Center offers an auditorium with a patio overlooking a rolling meadow and stunning sunsets. There are also two classrooms, which can be used for smaller meetings or for breakout sessions. The exhibit space adds a unique dining setting with aquarium tanks and hands-on exhibits displaying southern New England environmental habitats.
The 28-acre wildlife refuge has trails with a 1/4-mile boardwalk that winds through fresh and saltwater marshes leading to a majestic view of Narragansett Bay. Any or all of these areas within the Audubon Nature Center and Aquarium are available for your next meeting or function, such as:
Auditorium
• Seats up to 75 people auditorium style or 60 banquet style
• 925 square feet (33' x 28')
• Microphone/ audio system available
• Slide projector/ screen available
Classrooms
• 2 classrooms
• Each seats 25 - 35 people
• 455 square feet (24' x 19')
• Both classrooms have a sink, refrigerator, and counter

Monday* - Thursday (after 4 pm) | $1,500.00 for 5 hours |
Friday (after 4 pm) | $2,000 for 5 hours |
Monday-Friday (8 am - 4 pm) | $1,000.00 for 5 hours |
Saturday (anytime) | $3,000.00 for 5 hours |
Sundays and Monday Holidays* | $2,500 for 5 hours |
Single Event Room Rental | $100.00 per hour |
Wedding Ceremony Only | $400.00 |
Formal Photo Shoots Only | $150.00 per day |
Additional rental time beyond 5 hours | $100.00 per hour |
Rentals that take place before 9:00 am or past 5:00 pm | Additional $50.00 charge |
The Audubon Nature Center and Aquarium is handicapped accessible, including trails and boardwalk. Price includes 1 hour for set up and 1 hour for cleanup. All rentals must end by 11:00 p.m.
